Your campaign ads are being filmed right now. Or they aren't.
Every handshake, every speech, every neighbor who says "they showed up for us" — captured all year, cut into content every week, and edited into two professional campaign ads before Election Day. All at a price you lock in today.
Most candidates start filming when the race starts. By then it's too late.
Nine months from now, you'll need a campaign video. The question is whether you'll have a year of real footage to build it from — or a weekend, a rented crowd and a rush invoice.
Waiting until campaign season
- Staged handshakes in a park in September
- Testimonials rounded up the week before filming
- Blurry phone photos on your flyers and social posts
- Rush rates — because your back is against the wall
- Months of community events with nothing to show for them
Starting now
- Real moments in real neighborhoods, filmed as they happen
- Citizens speaking for you right after meeting you
- Professional photos for every flyer, mailer and post
- Your price locked through Election Day
- Fresh content on your pages every week, all year
"Every event you attend this year is a campaign ad we're not filming. Let's start filming them."
Your whole campaign media team. One monthly price.
Not a videographer on call — a year-round content operation, a website that works for your campaign, and the ads that close it out.
Event coverage, 2 per month
Speeches, community meetings, festivals, church visits, block walks. You book them; I'm there.
Vertical clips every event
Every event is cut into short vertical clips for Reels, TikTok, Shorts and Facebook — plus a 60–90 second highlight video.
Professional photography
Edited photos from every event for your social posts, flyers, push cards and mailers. No more phone photos.
Real voter testimonials
Citizens on camera, on the spot, with signed releases handled by me — so every testimonial is cleared for your ads.
A campaign website that works
Online donations, volunteer and yard-sign sign-ups, text and email list capture, and an events page that stays fresh with your coverage.
Two professional campaign ads
Built from a year of B-roll and testimonials. 30 or 60 seconds, delivered in TV, social and vertical versions before Election Day.
Plus on-camera coaching and campaign media strategy from someone who has produced videos for winning countywide campaigns.
The best price disappears first.
Same package at every level. The only difference is when you sign — and every level locks your rate through Election Day.
Terms that apply to everyone: Agreements run from signing through Election Day, November 2, 2027. Early Bird rates require a commitment through Election Day. Pricing is the same for every campaign that signs at the same level. Invoiced to your campaign or officeholder account. Media buying (paying stations or platforms to run your ads) is separate.
Priced piece by piece, this package is a $40,000 year.
Here's what the same work costs at professional market rates in Houston, bought separately.
| What's included | Professional market rate | 12 months |
|---|---|---|
| Event coverage, 2 per month — highlight video, vertical clips and edited photos | ~$1,000 per event | $24,000 |
| Two professionally produced campaign ads | ~$5,000 each | $10,000 |
| Campaign website with donations, volunteers and list capture | ~$5,000 build + care | $6,000 |
| Total value | ~$40,000 | |
| Early Bird 1 — 12 months at $1,500 | $18,000 |
Every month you wait is a month of footage you'll never get back.
Every agreement ends on Election Day. So the earlier you sign, the more events, clips and photos you walk into the campaign with — at a lower price.
| Sign in | Months of coverage | Events | Vertical clips | Edited photos |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| November 2026 · Early Bird 1 | ~12 | 24 | up to 96 | up to 700 |
| December 2026 · Early Bird 2 | ~11 | 22 | up to 88 | up to 650 |
| February 2027 · Regular | ~9 | 18 | up to 72 | up to 525 |
Early Bird 1: about $18,000 for 24 events. Regular, signed in February: about $31,500 for 18 events. Clip and photo counts are maximums; final counts depend on each event.
Nick Jones, founder of Houston Online Marketing
For nearly 20 years I've produced video for leaders, campaigns and community causes across Houston. I've produced campaign videos for winning campaigns for Harris County Judge, Harris County Clerk and Harris County District Clerk, and I've covered judges, clerks and elected officials at hundreds of events.
I came up in sports news, where the story aired the same night. That's how I work your events: you'll have content while people are still talking about it.
And I don't just film what happens. I'll coach you on camera, tell you which moments to create, and make sure we get the shot.
Clear rules, so every campaign gets what it paid for.
One campaign per race
Once you sign, I won't work for anyone running for the same office. If you change races, your exclusivity follows you when that race is open.
Book 72 hours ahead
Two events a month, booked at least 72 hours in advance. Shorter notice is subject to availability. Dates are first booked, first served.
Rate locked through Election Day
The price you sign at is the price you pay until November 2, 2027. No campaign-season increases.
Releases handled
Everyone who speaks on camera for you signs a political advertising release, so testimonials are cleared for your ads.
Clear deliverables
Ads delivered in 30 or 60 seconds with TV, social and vertical versions and two rounds of revisions. You own the rights to use your finished content.
Need more?
Extra events, social media page management and additional ads are available as add-ons at your locked rate.
Before you sign
Who pays for this — my campaign or my office?
Your campaign or officeholder account. Campaign ads and campaign content must not be paid for with government office funds, so all invoices are issued to your campaign and are easy to report as campaign expenditures.
Why is Early Bird so much lower than the regular rate?
Because I can only take three campaigns, and the ones who commit early give me the full year to build their footage library. The Early Bird rates are published and available to every campaign that signs by each deadline.
What happens if I sign but my race isn't decided yet?
Coverage starts right away. Your exclusivity applies to the office you're running for when you sign. If you switch races, your exclusivity moves with you as long as that race isn't already taken by another client.
What if I don't use both events in a month?
Unused events carry over for one month only, so your coverage stays spread across the year — which is what makes the footage library valuable.
Does the price include running my ads on TV or social media?
No. Production is included; media buying is your campaign's budget. I can manage ad placement for an additional fee if you'd like.
Will you work for my opponent?
No. One campaign per race, guaranteed in your agreement.
Lock in your rate before your race is taken.
Tell me about your campaign. I'll confirm your race is open and set up a 20-minute strategy call. No obligation — but the clock on your Early Bird rate is running.
