Can we film before the studio is ready?
Absolutely! Your voucher allows filming at your location immediately. We bring all professional equipment to you. The in-studio option will be available this fall as an alternative.
What if I need to reschedule my filming session?
No problem. We allow rescheduling with 72 hours notice. Your voucher is valid for 6 months, giving you plenty of flexibility to find the perfect timing.
What equipment do you use for filming?
We use professional cinema cameras, wireless microphones, professional lighting, and stabilization equipment. All footage is captured in 4K for maximum flexibility in editing.
How long does it take to receive the final videos?
Typically 7-10 business days after filming. We’ll provide you with a preview timeline and keep you updated throughout the editing process.
Can I get additional videos beyond the 4 included?
Yes! Additional 30-second videos can be created from your filming session for $150 each. We capture plenty of footage during your 2-hour session.
What if I’m not comfortable on camera?
That’s exactly why we include scriptwriting and strategy! We’ll work with you beforehand to develop talking points and techniques that make you feel natural and confident on camera.
